This Intercity Bus terminal, which is located in Bekasi, Indonesia, as a commuter city inside the Jakarta metropolitan area, was designed using the basic principles of Transit Oriented Development and the Covid-19 Rules in public buildings. The building's design is based on the shape of a traditional Sundanese house, the Julang Ngapak Roof. With TOD standard principal, adaptive to covid-19, and neo vernacular concept, the design goal is to make this terminal become a meeting point and node for the movement of Bekasi resident.
